The short version: this site sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics, and has no advertising or social pixels. Nothing you type is sent to a server we control.

Who we are

This site is operated by MNRL LLC (“MNRL”, “we”, “us”), Summit County, Colorado, USA. Questions about anything here go to info@mnrlco.com.

What we do not do

The contact form

The form on our contact page does not submit to a server. It assembles the details you type into a pre-filled message and opens your own email application. Nothing is transmitted or stored until you choose to send that email, and it then reaches us the same way any email does. If you would rather not use it, write to info@mnrlco.com directly.

Email you send us is kept only as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of work discussed.

Information stored in your browser

We store a few interface preferences locally on your own device using localStorage. These never leave your browser and we cannot read them remotely. Clearing your site data removes them.

Third-party services your browser contacts

Some pages display live public data. Those requests are made by your browser directly to the services below, which means your IP address and basic request headers reach them. We receive nothing from these calls beyond what is displayed on the page, and we send them no information about you.

Each operates under its own privacy policy. Blocking these requests degrades only the live readouts; the rest of the site is unaffected.

Hosting

The site is hosted by SiteGround, whose servers keep standard access logs (including IP addresses) for security and operational purposes, as essentially all web hosts do.

Your rights

Because we hold no database of visitors, there is generally nothing for us to export or delete. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence removed, write to info@mnrlco.com and we will delete it. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information; we honour these requests regardless of jurisdiction.

Children

This site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If our practices change, for example if we ever add analytics, this page will be updated and the date above revised before the change takes effect.
